Our Educators

Children are guided by skilled Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) and program Educators who cultivate caring, nurturing and inclusive environments that allow children to learn and develop. We believe that educators are knowledgeable and resourceful professionals. Educators are lifelong learners, collaborating with others to create meaningful, authentic relationships with the children, families and the world around them.

Our curriculum is based on current educational theories, How Does Learning Happen? Ontario's Pedagogy for Early Years, and best practices focusing on the interests and needs of the children. Open communication between educators, children and families are crucial to creating a warm and safe environment in which the children can play, learn and thrive.
